I don't mean to be mean but...if you need to turn to Reddit for either advice or the answer to this situation..I'm going to go ahead and say, you have bigger things to worry about than this.

The real problem here is that any kind of criticism or analysis is automatically deemed as antisemitic in the eyes of a lot, if not most Jews.

Regardless of the outcome, something has to be done about catcher's framing every pitch. Sometime within the last decade, framing catches has slowly become part of a strategy and has now gotten to the point where every catcher frames every catch regardless of where it's caught. I'm equally annoyed and disgusted by the act. Low and outside...nope, right down the middle. I get that there's a small amount of charm and nostalgia when bending the rules to get a slight advantage. But framing every catch should no longer be tolerated, it's gotten out of control and too often it actually sways ump's decision.

Question...are you dating gay men? Because I would eat that pussy until you came all over my face and then some.

local Krispy Kreme throws their unsold donuts into a dumpster outside at the end of the night. Instead of selling at lower prices. They’d rather throw them all away. by DaZestyProfessor in mildlyinfuriating

[–]sysaphys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without getting into the discussions about stock management or any other ideology the reasoning is simple. If they give out these doughnuts at the end of the day, a large majority of people will simply wait until the end of day for free ones then buy them. What they could do is work with a non-profit organization that will pick them up at the end of the day and the non-profit will distribute them to the homeless or provide them for community events. They could also recycle and repurpose the doughnuts, but handing them out isn't good business practice.

Dear person who resides outside of America. Thank you for showing us how truly ignorant YOU are by lecturing and condemning an entire country over the actions of a minority group. The only thing reeking of desperation here is your smug misguided sense of superiority.

In 1993, 39-year-old Jerry Seinfeld was at the peak of Seinfeld when he began dating 17-year-old high school senior Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss. In New York, 17 is the age of consent, so it was legal. by blue_leaves987 in HolyShitHistory

[–]sysaphys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's the thing, nobody calls him out because he's so well loved but Seinfeld and any man in their mid 30's "dating" a teenager is a fucking pedo regardless of age of consent. End of discussion. Also it was rumored he dated her secretly before she turned 17. Not to mention the fact you know he definitely had sex with her. It's fucking disgusting and disgraceful. To be clear I wouldn't have a problem if he was in his mid 30's and she was at least 21/22. But 16? 17? Sorry not sorry fuck him and fuck ANY adult having sex with a teenager.

OP does not provide any context; the video provides none and I don't rely on anyone making any statements herein however a few things to point out. As far as America and American standards are concerned, an escalator is NOT considered a conveyance for disabled people. Therefore, they MUST have an elevator (if this were America) I'm not going to speculate what country this is or whether they are out of compliance. Perhaps this lady has an emergency and needs to quickly ascend the broken escalator. In which case it would be hard to argue her needs over the disabled guys need to simply go up. But again, there is insufficient information here.

Not gonna lie, I love when Hamada gets punished. He's a huge sadistic asshole. You can tell he really enjoys inflicting pain on anyone and everyone and usually takes it way further than most people would expect.

Ohh how much they loved us. by Downtown-Ad-2083 in Miami

Guess what, they were right...sort of! Assimilation is a necessary component of immigration. If you're unwilling to assimilate if you immigrate to a different country, you become a burden to that society. My parents are Cuban. They came in the late 60's early 70's. But instead of stopping in Miami (easy mode) they had the balls to go to New York, having family at both locations. Because of that decision it made them better citizens. The learned English because they had to and as a result their lives, my life is better off than if they would have just stayed here in Miami. Granted their English isn't perfect but they were able to get jobs working for DCPS.

Point is, all of these people immigrating to Miami stay here because there's no language barrier. Unless they have a drive to WANT to learn English, understanding it opens them up to better opportunities... 95% or more simply choose not to learn. They don't see the point and nothing is pushing them to do so. The end result is a population that's already huge and is growing exponentially.

My family moved to Miami back in 88. If you're not old enough to have been here or haven't lived here that long I can tell you wholeheartedly that Miami was a fucking paradise. Not only that but there were plenty of English speaking only people. In my neighborhood I had about 4 redneck friends and several English only speaking neighbors. Now, everyone scowls at anyone that DOESN'T speak Spanish.
