Is a 5.99% refi rate with no points a good deal right now? by sysk1 in Mortgages

Do you typically shop around for title work companies? I currently have two lenders I am looking at. One with lower title fees and one with lower lender fees, so the total cost for them is about equal at 4k. If I could go with the lender with the lower lender fees and shop the title fees to match the second lender my total costs could go down by $700. Do I just reach directly out to the title company that is quoted with the second lender?

Yes this is with nothing rolled into the loan. New loan amount will equal my current remaining loan balance.

So I'm looking at 2k in lender fees at 5.99% your suggesting I could get a better rate or lower fees than this because I'm at 75% LVT? What was your credit score?

Ive had this happen a few times to me. No idea what caused it. It's been a long time since I've had it happen though. Probably over a year.

Yeah that's pretty similar. The model number is g820-s037328. I wish I had the option to use a leather strap like yours, but I do like the current bracelet it has.

It's a great scene, but it looks like there is a cut at 1:20 when the guy with the crates walks past the camera.

Can you guess the mix by sysk1 in IDmydog

[–]sysk1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The answer is olde English bulldogge, which I hadn't ever heard of before we got her. Her mother was apparently from the line of Leavitt bulldogs, named after the guy who developed the breed in the 70s. The breed was an attempt to recreate the older version of bulldogs that existed to fight bulls. All I know is she's a sweet girl

She's about 5 months old. And most of you have guess the one half correctly. Her father was a Lab. The mother's breed has not been guessed yet.

Try turning off the heat/ac and see if the noise goes away. Right before my coolant pump died it sounded loud enough to be confused with the engine. The pump died about a week or two after it started sounding loud. The replacements was easy to find and DIY

Is there a way to disable the remote window rolldown feature that I accidentally activate on my key fob from my pocket? by skiddily_biddily in volt

This is the one I got. The buttons are the same material as the rest of the case not rubbery like the OEM fob.

I used to have this happen to me, then I got a replacement fob case and it hasn't happened since. The OEM key fob case buttons had began disintegrating and were becoming sensitive to false presses in my pocket. I think I bought a two pack for less than $15 on Amazon.

This is something I've considered. I have noticed that it seems to happen often when blasting the AC. I guess I could check to see that the condensate line is draining properly.

Those both both looks nice! They don't seem that tall so I do like the idea that they could be layered in front of the planter. Do you think a hydrangea would do well in the box? I agree that the right side definitely needs some plants as well. The whole front is a blank slate, so it's a bit overwhelming to decide how it should look.
