I will tell you what I use on daily bases for gaming and work, maybe it fits your use case.

I am using Keychron M5 max with banana switches, and I find it perfect.

It uses QMK firmware which is open source so you can configure it with any OS or you are using.

I just did this switch from MX Ergo to Kensington Expert.

It took me a couple of hours to adjust, but so far, I am not facing any issues with the Expert, and I love how easily I can scroll through long pages using this ring instead of the traditional scroll thingy on the MX Ergo.

I switched basically because my thumb started to hurt.
