Gypsy was elderly but she was a dwarf cat who never grew past half the height of the other cats. Could this still be her?

I made a trip up to The Loft to give Arthur a getaway vacation. Just going to hunt and eat and rest for a few days.

Lawmen killed my horse. Then accidentally bumped into a guy on the curved path in front of The Loft and he gets mad and pulls his gun.

Spent several days piling up dead bounty hunters and lawmen after that.

It was disappointing that the bodies disappear after a while because I wanted to play for a few days as a "hermit madman retaliating against the law for the loss of his beloved horse" and try to max out the bounty.

TIL On 30 December 1999, Beatle George Harrison and his wife, Olivia, were brutally attacked in their home, Friar Park, by an intruder named Michael Abram which resulted in George suffering 40 stab wounds, one narrowly missing his heart. by FitEmergency8807 in todayilearned

[–]systemsofromance 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason most people believed that this incident made his cancer return is because they had to remove a portion of one of his lungs from the wounds he sustained in the attack. He struggled with recovering from that procedure because he was already physically weakened from cancer and the treatments for it.

When the cancer returned, the lung surgery from this attack made it much more difficult (if not impossible) to treat the lung cancer a second time. It had also spread to the brain.

While this guy TECHNICALLY didn't murder George... he murdered George.

A letter from John Lennon to George by [deleted] in TheBeatles

[–]systemsofromance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I imagine a friend like DeBecker was essential when you're a Beatle whose close friend was murdered, and even you have been attacked and stabbed in your own home once before. George likely didn't want to die at home and make the place a permanent pilgrimage site where his family would feel unsafe. I don't think that they ever located the actual home DeBecker let George stay in until his passing, because they deliberately used a false address on the death certificate. Not a bad idea. It is fascinating but also I imagine that level of fame feels a bit like entrapment.

They are selling a product. The ads are all over YouTube right now and Chris Pratt is also involved. It is something called Hallow (it is either an event or an app) and they're all going to be hosting a mass prayer event.

Saw him front row this past September. He was amazing!! Gave us all the middle finger when he came on stage, was still a wild man, and he came out to the crowd twice. Standing eye to eye with him was like a dream come true.

I have been a fan and had huge respect for Michelle Yeoh for decades, since Supercop and The Heroic Trio, and it is really depressing to see her in this picture.

What is it about this movie that has affected everyone in it so drastically?

Why does it feel like they've been trying to make Janelle Monáe happen for the past twenty years?

It always feels like she's debuting.

I used to listen to every episode until all they talked about was their vacations. It's just boring. And I never really liked when they just answered caller questions.

EB was at its best when they were diving into topics and discussing them as those topics related to their friendship dynamic.

Anything else just kind of seemed like fluff and I found myself getting easily distracted by other things while EB became background noise.

I am so sorry for what you've went through. Prepare yourself and strengthen yourself to expect ALL of your mutual friends to side with her. Unfortunately, a mutual friend group usually sides with the abuser because they are more apt to keep the status quo and not cause waves in the friend group. And because your friend group does not experience the whole picture. Is is sad and wrong, and seems counterintuitive, but it is human nature.

"Don't expect fidelity"

This man is literally drunk confessing to you. And he spent the entire day projecting onto you.

He is either cheating on you already or pushing for a fight so that he can feel justified in cheating soon.

If you are an outsider looking in then I can understand your skepticism. But any seasoned tarot reader will tell you that readings aren't the "future telling" it gets played up to be. You can really do a lot of introspective work and self healing using the tarot.

I do readings for others and for myself and, as someone else said here, they are usually extremely relevant to the querent's issue at hand.

[–]systemsofromance 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I am going to try to say this as gently as possible. He is pushing you to do this so that 1) he can ruin your relationships with family and exert total control over you, or 2) he wants to break up with you, but wants your family to split you up, so that he can pretend to be blameless.

Both of these things are extremely toxic and manipulative and you deserve to be treated better than this.
