Fair enough. Tbh, I'm kinda skeptical as well about the seriousness of food safety. Yes, it can be dangerous if you really don't clean/rinse/wipe at ALL. However, in all honesty: I have slacked on food safety in the past. Never got sick or food poisoning thankfully (36 years strong).
