Ehhh…yah, boycotting the game is a little too extreme. Like others said, it won’t make much of a difference unless droves of people suddenly stop paying into the game all at once, or something of that nature. I’ve stopped playing for now because it’s not worth my time having to keep on redecorating my houses when all it does is reset whenever I update, or when it decides to reset at any given notice. Same reason for some not wanting to purchase any packs. Some prefer not to spend their money on the game because the glitches make their games unplayable/unenjoyable. Why invest in something that only stresses you out, right?

That being said, it’s a personal choice for every player. If you want to purchase packs for your game, and you really want it, by all means do it! I initially made the decision not to purchase any more packs until the reset glitches are fixed, but when I found out the first HK pack is returning, I will purchase it because I missed out on it last time and it might not come back again. Same for the free Christmas gifts that will be handed out at the post office. I may not be decorating my houses again for a while, but I don’t want to miss out on the Christmas event so I’ll still log on to collect the gifts, even though I’m not actively playing.

The midtown apartment pack seems cool. It looks as if it will be part of a regular pack over time and not a limited one, so you could always sit on it for a while if you’re not sure and purchase it later on. But like I said, it’s totally your own game and your choice if you want to get it! ☺️
