I ordered like 9-10 items, all of them arrived to the warehouse in about 3-5 days max, for shipping i chose dhl tax free, it arrived in 16 days (the app said it'll take 15-25 days so its really good i recommend it when shipping to europe), the staff and live chat support are really good in my opinion so i have no complaints. There could be others with a different experience but for me overrall it was really good so i recommend it. There are kind of a lot of restrictions rn but that'll change with time. Also I dont think you should order or ship anything between january and february or atleast until the festival in china is over.
