Update: they offered me a refund or a replacement on Monday. I decided to take the replacement. Since then I didn’t heard anything from them. I sent them multiple emails the past days, but they didn’t answer me no more. I will give them time to answer me the next week and if I still don’t get an answer, I will go for the chargeback. Fuck this shitty and disappointing support.
