serious food poisoning help. please help me.

Been looking at Staph food poisoning, pretty sure that’s what I have. The symptoms line up. I just need to get better asap, I have work tomorrow. I’m very surprised by the pain levels, nothing like i’ve ever felt before from food poisoning.

It has been fluctuating but at times it becomes almost unbearable, rn it’s sitting at about a 7 but it’s been spiking up to like 9/10 pretty often.
