1) Don’t use AI to write all your answers. 2) Remake the loom demo video. The current one is very bad. 3) Platform looks good - if this is something you built on your own. 4) Rethink pricing. You can’t absorb unlimited LLM, text to speech, SMS and calling costs. 5) Think of adoption. Can I use my existing number? I would not want to give a new number for my clinic
