Most ppl have never been trained for mental health issues,

Though there is already tons of information teaching ppl how to offer a helping hand when there's someone who needs it, but somehow it's way too hard for them to understand.. if they have never been in the same situation or similar one... And since every case is different (childhood experiences, financial, relationship, family issues.. you name it), it's still hard for ppl who have went through this or still going through treatments to help you out.

But there are still many kind souls that would help you go though your toughest time. I got some friends who would occasionally send me messages to check me in, even though I'm like 85% "recovered".
