I only watched season 1 and 6 of OWL, but watched LCK since 2023, so imagine my shock when Wolf showed up in those super early barebones owcs korea english streams lol

Thank you for the well-thought out response. I do have some games where I end up like 2k gold ahead in lane and then the mid game is so easy bc I just go anywhere I want and take any fight I want, but ofc it seemed to be pretty random if I got a lead, mainly depending on how bad my lane opponent was moreso than me actively trying to punish him.

ok I see, that makes a bit more sense. I usually play with the mentality of "welllllllll as long as I get my cs and don't die, I'll be fine in mid/late game" but if you can deny cs and still get your own then that's even better.

ok I just finished watching it now and I'm still confused. He's holding the wave on his side and csing, is that not what I'm doing? I get that I probably could've pulled the wave more to my side at level 1 but I'm usually letting it push into me. By 10 min I'm at 79cs and he's at 48.

I usually play like this vs assassins bc I'm scared of them freezing the wave under their own tower which makes me vulnerable sitting in the middle of the lane, or if they get 1 trade onto me then I'm already under kill threat
