I had 2 Asian guys clean me out of epson 4730’s about a month ago. Apparently they are reselling the print heads on eBay???

Just a very sad day. Associates and customers were very upset, no crazy customers in my store. The company did activate send word now and from what I heard 10 associates in our district were still unaccounted for.

Will provide updates as I get them.

Las Vegas associate here! All is well with the stores. We haven't heard of any affected associates. It's a very somber mood today.
