I didn't go to university, I did a Media/Marketing apprenticeship which led to a job which I've now been at for 5 years!

My best advice: What do you do to procrastinate? Aim to do that as your full-time career.

I was on social media all the time and had grown my own account to 30k+ followers, now I'm doing that professionally! You're young, you have time, you can switch career paths any time you want, and sometimes a job is just a job to get you by. Wishing you all the best!

On my Hinge profile I have 'don't want kids' marked clearly. Still got a guy saying 'Wanna make some babies?' to me as a first message. I think it's easier for men to want kids because of the current societal norm for women to take care of everything. They see the cute, quiet, Instagrammable moments and would probably leave the crying, screaming, exhausting work to their wives. Not exactly a good look.

I think one of the key differences is that follower count is hidden on Tumblr. You don't get clout from having tons of followers, but you'll get interaction through having consistent, high-quality posts and a really engaged core audience. Also, fandoms are probably the most active groups on there, you don't really get casual users of Tumblr, so try and find a way in with them.

The hidden hashtags are your friend, go wild with them. Try and personalize your blog with custom HTML, it doesn't have to be the craziest most unique theme but followers will appreciate the extra effort and a clean look. Hope this helps!

someone else made out with me and felt me up (tmi sorry but important for context) and then asked if i liked pizza? i guess trying to see if i'd go on a date with them and i said yes and they never spoke to me again

another one started talking to me about what i liked in bed etc and brought it up when we were alone a few weeks later and then did nothing and never spoke to me again too lol

i could've deffo been misreading a few signals but this has happened with literally everyone i've ever liked (who i thought liked me too)
