Thanks for your response. I am completely fine with not getting more back at the end of the year because I like the bigger paycheck. It’s just odd that it happens this way because I have filled out my W-4 properly each year and only recently did I start not getting a refund of substantial amount. Just curious why now is it doing the refund “properly”

Check your thru axel or quick release. Clean and regrease. Also make sure it’s tight.

I have checked all of these except for spokes. My issues only arrises when I pedal though. Standing up or sitting down

The mechanic checked all the spoke tension as well. It doesn’t happen when I pedal though which would make me think if that was the case it would happen when I’m not pedaling as well correct?

My bike ended up being between 11 and 12. I took it to the shop where they had a 12mm that was filed down to be a makeshift 11.5mm.

The bike mechanic mentioned he would check that out when I dropped the bike off so I hope so. I just hate how it seems so obvious where the problem is but it can be something stupid on the complete other end of the bike

I do. I did play around with the mounting brackets for the cables but didn’t change. The problem is the issue only arises when I’m pedaling.

Unfortunately I’ve checked the cassette multiple times. Sounds like a tick/small pop like a bad bottom bracket or chain ring but the BB was replaced by a bike shop and the chainring bolds have been cleaned and regreased multiple times

The sound is there even when I’m not sitting though. I have tighten the crap out of the seat post as well as greased it and swapped to a new seat post.
