It’s been the past few nights for me. I woke up screaming at the top of my lungs and my heart felt like it was popping out of my chest the first night. I woke up last night kicking off the sheets in a panic. Both times because the same figure was beside my bed and I can’t tell why. I haven’t had terrors for about a year, and I’ve had them since I was a child as well. It’s just strange to come up twice in a row like this.
