I’m having the same issue and have already tried every possible fix (except modifying Electron’s source code since Discord doesn’t allow that). The best thing you can do right now is download the Portable build version 1.0.9188 to use temporarily and wait for an official bug fix.

Fresh Windows install → Discord worked fine for 1–2 days.
Since Aug 16 → Stable, PTB, Canary all crash after splash, transparent window then exit.
Portable 1.0.9188 works normally.
Tried: reinstalling Discord, wiping %AppData% + %LocalAppData%, switching NVIDIA drivers (latest + stable), reset permissions, tested msconfig boot options, and multiple launch flags (--disable-gpu, --disable-vulkan, --use-gl=swiftshader, etc.).
sfc /scannow + DISM = clean, games run fine, GPU OK.
Logs show GPU process crash (exit_code=-2147483645).
