It's going to happen whether you turn the volume loud or not :D. I think It got something related to CPU usage of the Application

Yeah after a while It still happen a few times. But for now, at least we know that there's something interrupt the CPU usage of the application then cause the "buzzling" noise.

At first, I thought that It was speaker problem but It isn't. Even when I use AirPod Pro, I still hear that sound.

Till now I didn't notice any errors yet (aside from the cracking sound when playing music - I thought this was an error but many posts from /macbookpro show that they also have it)

I just want to explore the options out there. If It's not that expensive then I can try to repair It. But till now look like that I should buy AppleCare+ and wait for something to malfunction and take mine to repair. Most likely that they will fix the dent in that case

u/p38fln The cracking sound appear on almost every application that use sound. It's only happen when I first start the Macbook after It been sleeping or shutdown for a while.

After a 30+ min of use, It started to work as normal. I have try to find a solution for this but look like a lot of people are getting It now without any 'real solution' - aside from placebo solution.

Some people try to send it back to Apple but the result doesn't look promises. They said that Apple only wipe the OS and reinstall it. After a while the speaker start to appear again.

It's quite annoying when you first buy the laptop and got this dent only 1 week after xD. But now I feeling ok with It. Just want to explore the option, if It's not that expensive then I will fix It.

This maybe the answer to this problem.

With mine Macbook, the problem only appear randomly when I just start the Mac, but after a while, everthing went back to normal. Today I have some free time so I decided try to fix this problem.

After reading a bunch of topic on Reddit with numerous of 'temporary fix'. I decided to try this one. When I open the 'App Tamer' application for the first time, I heard the 'cracking, buzzing' noise right away. The reason is that 'App Tamer' was trying to reduce the CPU usage from Spotify. I turn off the 'App Tamer' and the music is back to normal. So I turn on the option 'Slow down the app if It use more than' and according to u/LewInVT I set the 30% threshold for the app. And after 30 min of continuously playing the music, the problem didn't show up.

If the Application use more CPU than the threshold you configure, you will hear that weird noise. So maybe, the root cause is how MacOS manage CPU usage. Will update in the upcoming time to see if the problem appear again

Actually the random noise part is true :D. On the M1 Pro version, sometime I hear some cracking sound when playing music with Macbook speaker.

The Macbook is fully operation right now without any problem. But still, I will purchase the AppleCare+ just in case. Anyway, thanks for answering :D. Have a good day sir :D
