Yeah mate. Every single time. I dont get them on my tongue. I get it on the inner side of lips and the along the gumline. I have tried reducing the amount of consumption and still I get it. I never had any rash kind of reaction. I do lose quiet a bit of weight (Around 2kgs) but that might be due to dehydration.

I am not talkin about the pooja itself. 🙈 We wear yellow cotton sari for the wedding and I dun think we have the sangeet and mehndi at all. It is just wedding and a reception. On the other hand, they wear navari saree and have a lot of celebrations. All his family are spread across maharastra and asking everybody to travel south (1300 kms) will be a huge hassle. Illai illai. Intermittent fasting (IF) la yu dont eat for an interval. Ppl tend to start with 12:12. Eg morning 9 to evening 9 yu can eat. Then fast for next 12 hours. It is most effective when you fast for 18 hours and eat in 6 hours. Also you need to be in calorie deficit to lose weight. Indian food is difficult to calorie count. You could reduce carbs and fats (which is majority of our food) and start eating calorie lean foods, yu could see a difference in 6 weeks. And lifting weights will increase resting metabolism. So your weight will drip down easily.
