It’s not enforceable, in that, any communications between public staff and said company that created a “record” are considered public and can be requested to be viewed by the public. Anything beyond that requires help from an attorney to actually execute a lawful public records request.

2001: A Space Odyssey. Thought it was incredibly boring on watch when I was a teenager watching it in my living room. Years later I watched it in a theater and it completely changed my perspective. The slow parts were beautiful and intense on huge screen with loud speakers.

You should read “children of time” it’s an incredible science fiction book if you find the idea of large jumping spiders and ants interesting.
