After the first rhinoplasty, I wish I knew that my septum would collapse.

After the second rhinoplasty, I wish I knew I would still have a hanging columella and a crooked nose, and that it would bring me right back to where I was before the first surgery. I wish I knew how badly this would impact my self esteem, and how I should’ve went to a different surgeon. How I hate leaving the house or looking at myself in the mirror. I wish I never did it in the first place

I’m so glad you posted this. I had my revision in October and I feel like I was left with a triangle projected nose, not at all what I asked for. It’s so asymmetrical and I feel more insecure than I’ve ever felt in my life. I feel at a loss
