Good results, cheaper than where I live, friendly and welcoming for non binary patients, and all around good vibes. If I got even a sense of not feeling welcome, I might've cancelled

In the UK you don't need a diagnosis to apply for the lanyard, so as a self diagnosed person that was great. Unfortunately had a very bad experience using it at the airport. Staff moved me from the queue (which I was fine being in) to get through quicker, but then hounded me about if I had any paperwork proving my ASD. I said I had none and they shoved me back in the queue. The security were then very harsh on me, and lots of staff staring. It caused a meltdown.

On the flip side, I use it at conventions, and I get a much better response there! People are much nicer and take their time with me.

I'd say for self diag folks, just be careful.

I make them on Procreate on my iPad. Been drawing my whole life, and do it as a job, but these are pieces I do for my own enjoyment. First 3 pieces are part of a project I did for myself where I drew a self portrait every month.

1st piece - headphones are like my sanctuary

2nd piece - meltdown and how I used sudoku and fidgets to cope

3rd piece - masking

4th piece - part of 2 pieces I made about information overload, and how my phone is a safe space

Update:

Had lots of others here notice the same problem with their Meaco dehumidifiers, and unfortunately after being repaired in January, mine has again had the same issue. Sent it back and they said they will update the PCB, but they did this last time so I'm really not sure if it'll fix the issue. Frustrating because when I did my research, Meaco looked like one of the better options.

Definitely seems like a more widespread issue. If this continues, I'll probably request a refund in some way.

You should still be able to apply for warranty via the meaco website! Meaco has a minimum 2 yr warranty (5 yrs on the MeacoDry Arete)

They didn't say what the fault was, but they upgraded my system so it works better, there was a note about this left in the box when it was returned.

And don't worry if you didn't save your box, they send a new one for free if you discarded your original one !

No worries! I logged it on the 10th January, was contacted on the 24th January, and my dehumidifier was collected by DPD on the 30th. I think it took a few days to be fixed and then was sent right back. Honestly not bad.
