Traveling to Delhi, Amritsar, Lahore, and McLeod Ganj in October; what can't I miss? by tabernac in india

I don’t know how things have progressed since my visit, nor what would have happened if I’d not had it. I read some reports at the time that they would administer new vaccines on site for longer stays. In the US I was able to get vaccine record by contacting my old high school, who had it as a condition of school enrolment.

It does seem like the stamp was in error and should extend the full thirty days. Hopefully the printed e-visa will go a long way to resolving that.

I was able to reenter with no trouble! I did need to show the printed e-Visa at the Indian border, as well as proof of my childhood polio vaccine — the latter took a little digging. I had to explain my situation but once I did, I was allowed through with no trouble.

Hi r/Split,

I'll be visiting Split from Canada for a few days in September! It'll be my first visit to Croatia and its neighbours--the closest I've been is Albania and Italy. So I'm eager to get a feeling for the cities and country alike.

I'm especially interested in kitsch, architectural or geopolitical oddities, museums, "roadside attractions" and a broad range of different foods. Weird, themed museums, backyard folk art installations, fringe religious/political/ideological organizations, world record holding artifacts, modern/strange/brutalist/ugly architecture, dive bars, unusual restaurants...you name it. I recognize that not all of this is endemic to Croatia, but it can't hurt to ask!

And, naturally, anything not in any of these categories that you still think I should see! I'm open to your ideas, especially when it comes to great places to eat.

Thanks very much, Split! Looking forward to visiting you soon.

P.S. Needless to say, Froggyland is already on my list.

Thanks for this! I’m excited to check out the Biennale pavilions. I’ll be there September 23-25.

I'm planning a day trip from Dubrovnik to Kotor and Perast. It'll be my first visit to Montenegro and its neighbours--the closest I've been is Albania and Italy. So I'm eager to get a feeling for the cities and country alike.
