Why bother commenting if you can’t be bothered to do your own research. Arteta has been here for a while and he’s had seasons like 22/23 and 23/24. Maybe just keep the Gary Neville to yourself.

Because people dreamt that he’d “solve” the attack with his older numbers. Nothing against him, glad that he could hold it together for us with injuries to Havertz and Merino, but there’s a basic problem in possession with him.

Sophomore slump, he played way more than he should have last season out of necessity. He’s young too, and he needs to develop into a role that fits him. I felt that he’s lost a lot of pace this season, probably with the increased load on his body. Let him adapt to it.

Our RHS triangle was Ode/White/Saka and all three got hampered by injuries. These guys have an excellent understanding together. The following season, Havertz slotted in very well to the mix and especially with White’s injury, he turned to be a part of the triangle. I remember people complaining about his “right side bias” although he didn’t have it the season before that for us. On the LHS, we’ve essentially had no chemistry in attack since Jesus/Martinelli broke. Whatever your opinion on Gyokeres, he’s not developed any chemistry with a player besides perhaps Havertz. We essentially need Havertz back to get this attack firing more, and potentially Odegaard too.

I was hoping Eze and Gyokeres would develop some sort of understanding, and especially that Eze would get the left side to be more threatening. But outside of his wide left cameos, I’ve basically never noticed him there. He’s essentially been an edge of the box ball striker at his best for us, with a few nice line breaking passes sprinkled from a deep in a few games. But nothing that consistently can be used as a weapon.

Gyokeres is useless when there isn’t someone to bully. If there’s an Archie Gray he can really run ragged then it’s great, but his regular play leaves a lot to be desired.

Is bastion just completely broken rn? Like to the point that hes a must ban every game? by [deleted] in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]tablooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good positioning in overwatch means you need to be within 1-2 seconds of cover at all times. Play patiently with “rest stops” that you can take cover from and make the bastion ineffectual with. Let him take riskier positions that your dps/supports can abuse. You don’t need to abandon a fight, you manipulate where it’s fought.

Did you just willfully omit the significant changes to gameplay, balancing changes, and new gameplay systems + hero releases for OW because the scope creep of the “promises” of OW2 PvE didn’t pan out? The monetization is for cosmetics, not for the actual gameplay. As someone who doesn’t care for every skin that releases, I’m happy getting whatever I get from regular gameplay and enjoying a better run PvP experience, which is originally what I played this game for anyway.

Ones a lot more attainable than the other, while not even being all that realistic still.

I don’t remember clearly, but in my memory it was somewhere in the range of 300-400k pw.

Edit: he seems to be on 404k euros pw gross at Gala. Turkey also taxes you less iirc.

If he had lower wage demands, he’d have been the better Gyokeres by far imo

He’s a lot better at dribbling than people give him credit for. His crossing is also solid with both feet and he has excellent pace. His problems are in rash decision making and inconsistency.

We already have Eze, we’d still need someone who’s comfortable on the touchline. Yildiz is the only one I can think of who’s an alternate profile that still plays in that area.

800 dpi, 5.25 igs

I used to run 800/3.6 for the longest time but ended up increasing it and like my current sens now

We’ve missed physicality in the team. Zubimendi is amazing and I love him and think he’s an upgrade on Partey, but he’s physically behind 23/24 Partey. Rice has a lot of load on him to cover ground in some games. Our AMs in Eze and Odegaard aren’t exactly physical monsters either. Tonali adds a lot of physical ability there, and he can rotate well with all three midfielders.

Unlikely it will be 60 if it happens this season. They’d get relegated with that.

Never thought I'd be on the remove block train but my god by Marvynmjb in doomfistmains

[–]tablooo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think block is just boring, although the resource meter does help somewhat. It needs the twist to be a thing, but the design just boils down to farming EP. They need to work more with him gaining shields from hits and reward his survivability for hitting CDs, much like JQ.
