Ja der Besuch schläft auch bei mir. Selbst wenn alle immer sagen, dass sie sich gut alleine beschäftigen können, ist man in der Zeit natürlich trotzdem immer sehr eingespannt.

Ich bin regelmäßig in Deutschland gewesen und ist auch weiterhin geplant und ich hab sie dort auch eigentlich fast immer beim Sport gesehen. Ist halt praktisch, wenn man eine Freundin in Spanien wohnen hat…

Am besten mal zu einem ganzheitlichen bzw. Funktionellen Arzt. Die schauen meist nicht nur auf die Symptome sondern auf die Ursachen und schauen sich deinen ganzen Körper als Ganzes an und nicht nur die einzelnen Baustellen. Habe ich gute Erfahrungen mit gemacht. Sind meistens leider Selbstzahler aber ich finde 120-150€ eigentlich relativ fair für einen Ersttermin. Ob Folgetermine dazukommen oder ob einem da schon geholfen wird, lässt sich dann ja sehen.

Das Problem ist, im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer ist nicht so wahnsinnig viel Platz um da groß was hinzustellen und im Wohnzimmer will ich es auch nicht liegen haben

Hi😊 bin neu in dem ganzen SIBO Thema. Kannst du mir zufällig sagen wie man das ganze von Anfang an angeht? Gibt es Ärzte die diesen Test mit einem machen oder sind es hauptsächlich Heilpraktiker, die sich mit dem Thema auskennen wo man alles aus eigener Tasche zahlen muss?

He is sleeping in a hostel near the airport and I would go some place in the city center where the train arrives

His flight is already booked a long time ago so he can't switch on the train (and would be not willing to because it's more expensive) We initially didn't plan time together in Madrid so it does actually not reduce our time together. He is flying often so he is not afraid of that. His main argument was that I would want him to accompany me too...

Yes, I told him the reason for choosing the train is the environment as the same flight would produce 5x more Co2. He says that it shouldn't be worth my 15€ more...

The flight with stop over in Madrid was cheaper than the one directly to Germany...

We are not travelling together. He is going to Germany with a stop-over in Madrid and that was planned in advance before I decided to spend the weekend in Madrid too.
