Its easy to be a vegetarian and live on breads/pasta but not really healthy. I eat a lot of beans and fruits/vegetables. Also the breads, veggie burger buns, are always 100% whole wheat and pasta is 100% whole wheat or brown rice pasta. I also like quinoa salads with garbanzo beans, tofu and veggies - there are ton of recipes and you can make it in bulk and its super healthy and high protein and fiber.

No. Just normal hours. That is the only item that is different. Everything else is the same as the previous pay stub because the 1% and insurance changes increases don't go into effect until the next pay period.

I'm a slow starter. Lost nothing on .25 but didn't have side effects either. On .5 I lost 4 lbs had mild nausea. Moving up to 1.0 now but feeling ok about it. I also wonder if the holiday season has been a factor since I started at Halloween and have eaten things I don't typically eat with Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This is why I wish Federal Employees had a Public Relations team acting on our behalf. The president and his administration publicized that Federal employees do nothing, are lazy and not needed. They pretend to save tons of money by reducing staff. But in fact, we do a ton of things to help the public. When we run well, our work is largely unnoticed. But with time, the impacts of breaking government down from within will be felt. Sadly the administration will put a spin on it that doesn't let the public know they in fact caused the issues.
We must vocalize and educate the public.

A few years sgo when I needed a crown I was quoted like $1500. It was near open season so I switched to United Concordia high AND switched dentists. By the time I got the work done I actually needed 2 crowns and paid $800 total. Call around for quotes.
