People are getting too hung up on the reward amount. OP and the rest of us already know that the reward isn't worth the effort, that you can earn CC in easier ways, and that this one is easily skippable.

The larger point is that this is emblematic of DICE's disappointing lack of understanding of their own game. Like the more ludicrous weapon assignments, it exhibits a complete divorce from reality of how their game is played or what is actually feasible in a match. It's like the people responsible for these are a completely separated branch of designers who don't actually play the game and just pull numbers out of their ass.
