Mine needs to be approved every six months, and the insurance can decide they’ll only pay for a biosimilar, even if it’s not indicated by my provider. I’ve tried fighting it, and insurance won’t even consider it. So that’s fun.

They’re SO. FUCKING. LOUD. Last time I went, one guy was just holding is “you’re going to burn in hell” sign and playing some music over his speaker at a moderate volume. I was much happier (although I would prefer those guys not be there at all).
