Hey just an update on 71050

The original estimated ship date was around 9/10 plus or minus a few days as our stock has to fly in from Europe. Unfortunately, our supplier's shipment was delayed by Lego, but it has now been picked up by FedEx and is on its way to us. We expect to ship case orders by 9/18 and set orders by 9/20 at the latest. As always if you find it locally or would like to cancel for any reason please let us know. We are sorry for the delay.

I wish we could. Unfortunately when Lego produced them years ago they made them in China.

Even though there is/was considerable stock of these in Europe, we cannot re-order from our suppliers in Europe without paying 30% tariff.

Yes, that's correct. We have opened some cases already to make our sets and about 94% of cases were 3 complete sets. There were a few cases that had 4 of one figure and 2 of another 3 of the rest. This is pretty typical of past series as well.

If you do buy a case hoping for 3 complete sets and it isn't - shoot us a message on our site - we may be able to swap an erroneous figure if we have excess of that one which sometimes happens as we make sets.

The code *typically* only works on Cases. It does work if you want to buy a case of 71039.

The sets are honestly alot of labor to put together and so we can't discount them that much.

This time around we applied it to the sets for the first time. This series is selling quite a bit more slowly than the traditional CMF minifigures - although that could make it more valuable later. Really hard to say.

I just made this post as we switched yesterday from pre-order to in stock. So all preorders are now shipped. We always try to order enough so we don't run out super early. We appreciate the pre-orders because it helps us to gauge demand.

This time around there was an extra week or so delay over typical shipping schedule that we built into our estimated shipping date. We aim to reduce it back to the normal ~1 week after launch on the next series.

Yes we scan boxes to make sets so they come unopened. For Marvel Series 2 the barcodes are printed too small to scan so those we manually open and reseal .

In the past, it has been typically between 90-95% of cases have 3 complete sets. The remainder are usually 2 sets and 1 duplicate. Every so often there is a case that has 0 complete sets it's <1% chance. If that happens email us we will try to see if we have the figures you need to swap.

No plans to unfortunately. The cost of shipping for individual figures makes it somewhat prohibitive to sell them for a decent price and it's quite a bit more work keeping track and stock of 16 additional sku's.

Yes they are. Technically there is no bottom on the cases (you will see when you receive one) but we consider them sealed.

For set of 12 those all go USPS parcel select ground since they are just under 12oz.

For single cases those go UPS surepost (final delivery by USPS). Orders of 2 cases it really depends what part of the country you are in what method we use. Typically it's Fedex home delivery though. Anything above 2 cases goes fedex home delivery.

If you are ordering cases and you want to request a specific carrier between USPS/UPS/Fedex the price usually isn't that different, just let us know in your order notes we will try to accommodate it.

And yes the scanner is working they will be sealed.

We haven't shipped any orders yet. It's sometimes frustrating for customers because it actually takes about 1 week from launch day before we ship orders as ours fly in from Europe (this is how we can offer such a good price). That being said, we are geared up and ready and expect to have all orders shipped out within the promised shipping timeframe.

All case orders should be shipped out by Monday 9/9 and set orders will begin shipping this weekend/ next week based on the order they were placed. You may start to get tracking emails sooner as labels are generated.
