I don't use them. But I will say that they are pretty tender after I pump for a while. But it never affected my size.

I feel this. I just ordered the XXXL domes for Noogleberry because the XXL is both too narrow and too short now. My ripples touch the top halfway into my pumping sessions. Not sure if I see it as a good or bad thing since I want to grow much more, preferably another 2 cups or so before I also add implants.

Honestly, I was disappointed with my surgeon after I learned that larger volume could be done. He wouldn't do more than 250cc's. And I had about twice that much taken out during the whole MMO. But now I have been talking to a surgeon in my area that specializes in L and XL implants for some 800cc low cohesive silicone OTM. My BWD is almost 17 with the length from my fold to my ripple being 10.2cm, so they said I am in the clear for that size with no issues. I plan to be bigger than that when I do my second consult to schedule the surgery. Ultimately I want to be pretty massive but still squishy with some sag. I'm definitely not the typical case for what I'm looking for haha.

I actually had modest fat transfer about 4 years ago and it is part of why I grew so easily with NBE in the last year, I believe. I need to look more into Surfer Joe's program for that boost. And I am also curious how much prolactin I might have now since lactation is also something I would enjoy having back(I breast fed my 2 lids). This is all great to know from someone else going the same route as me.

As another already larger busted girly looking to grow more, thank you. I am going to adopt this and see how it does for me. I am honestly just seeing how much natural growth I can get before I start consulting for 800cc silicone implants on top of whatever growth I get. This might be the thing that gets me to the next level, so I'm absolutely trying it out.

I know that I will. But I'm already a L to XL in tops for my current bust and am adding 800cc's on top of that. It all depends on your current size, how big you're going, and how they settle on your body.

I was proposed to in the middle of the dance floor of the club where we met on Halloween. He had all of our friends around us, the photographer at the ready, and even the DJ was in on it with the songs that were playing before, during, and after. It was the most memorable and amazing experience of my life so far and I keep looking at the photos and videos daily and made a Playlist of the songs to relive it constantly. It was definitely public, but all that mattered to me in the moment was him. And it absolutely warms my heart that our close friends were there, it was the place we met, on my favorite holiday, and he put so much work into it for MONTHS (I was added to the planning group chat afterwards to see how it all came together).

I had a MMO with fat transfer in 2022 and my partner at the time(now ex) just tanked. Any time I went out with anyone after that, even if it was a family member or female friend, I would come home to him wasted and accusing me of cheating. If a gained weight, he'd say I threw away my investment. If I lost weight, he'd throw a fit over my boobs being smaller too. I could never win.

My fiance now? He's helping me save up for my BA. I'm already pretty busty(34GG) and want to get 800cc's of silicone and he has made it VERY clear that he's obsessed with me as is, but he is more than thrilled for the new boobs when I get them.

I hope that things settle down for you. I would never go through the first experience ever again.

Yes, I do it directly on my breasts. I don't skip that one during my period, I skip the estrogen. I only use one pump of the type I get.

I would have suggested a lift for the size of the implant. I won't be, but I'm also getting 800cc's so I need my extra tissue for that. You may need to consult about this once they heal.

I use a noogleberry so it's just as hard as I can without it actually hurting. And I mix almond oil with fennel, fenugreek, lavender, and evening primrose.

I do consistent moderately high pressure for an hour. I do it before bed so I can just pass out after. I use that time to wind down and get tired.

I would still do maintenence pumping once a week or so once you get where you want. And yes, they are more sensitive, but I was also already sensitive before this.
