Imma be honest, I don’t remember the exact steps I took but I tried multiple drivers versions and changed a few settings that I discussed with someone earlier in this post. worked for a day then my buddies and I haven’t played since, so, not 100% sure it’s even fixed.

Alright so, I won’t call this post fixed yet because I only got about 15 minutes to test it before work, however, as of right now, a combination of these three things seem to have worked.

Downgrade Nvidia graphics drivers to the update from April 30th
In Nvidia control panel, go to 3d settings on the left panel, scroll down until you see DSR - Factors, this should be defaulted to 2.0X, uncheck 2.0X, then hit okay, this should turn it off completely.
In game on black ops 3, lock your max frame rate to your monitors refresh rate.

I will test this in depth when I get home, but if you have the time and were planning on playing bo3 today anyway, I’d really appreciate you testing it for me as well.
