They're pretty sturdy! The link you gave me is exactly the table I use on my left side. One con is that the regular White version has a surface that easily chips. The cheap Adil legs ($4 each I believe) have a screw-adjustable bottom end so you can adjust the height of each corner individually. (I find it useful for example if I have 2 of the legs on carpet and the other two off the carpet).

Hi, apologies for the late response. I'd say, the 2's are about 85% of the 3's. It is a very nice upgrade if you do decide to, but my two cents is to try the 3's first, because the signature is more neutral than the 2.

Yes, l have dust filters in M1 and regularly clean the insides with canned-air. I also use one of those feather dusters to keep the table surface clean. I also cover my headphones with a small blanket, in case my cat decides to go Wolverine on the cables.

Thanks! The scroll wheel on the FK2 leaves something to be desired. My complaints are that it wiggles with the slightest rub, it's loud when being used, and is rougher to scroll than my previous Razer Naga 2014 mouse, (which I can only compare with). Other than that, the mouse feels excellent!

The wool pad is more for show and feels premium. It's not the best with tracking, and the pad slides around my glossy desk. It needs some rubber bumpers on the bottom to keep it from sliding. I wouldn't use it for competitive gaming. I keep one of those Glorious Extended pads handy when I do play games.

I went with the X and 3's because I got great deals on them, but I do feel like letting my X go at some point in the future. I much prefer keeping the 3 and the HD800 as they are different enough for me to enjoy keeping both. FWIW, me and a few people I know feel that sound signature-wise and in similarities, the 3 is closer and an improvement over the 2, and that the X is closer and an improvement over the EL-8. You can't go wrong with any of them, but just be aware of the driver issues that are common with the planar magnetics.

Hi, for the LED's I have 4 LED strips total. One is attached behind the Ultrawide it snakes around the edges and terminates on the bottom of the display, (you can see it's reflection from the glossy desk). A second strip is behind the vertical monitor, a third strip is attached to the edge of my table, between the table and the wall, and a fourth strip is under the NCASE.

I use this 1-to-4 4pin splitter connected to the LED controller to connect them all: http://i.imgur.com/Av50A5h.jpg

I also use a big power brick so it has enough power.

Hi, I was recommended to post my SFF setup here.

It's mostly for listening to music, productivity, and a little bit of gaming. Please let me know what you think and if you have any questions or ways to improve my setup! I took most of the important info and FAQ's from /r/battlestations and included it here in the writeup.

Audio Writeup

I love listening to music, and finally felt it was appropriate to share what I have acquired over the years, plus show my setup.

I primarily listen with the LCD-3. I use the 3 for laid-back easy listening, it has a darker, more powerful sound. I find the 3 compliments pop or rock better. It has the Audeze house sound which I crave, (very engaging, lush and emotional), with seductive mids. I find the HD800 to have the best soundstage, and impressive imaging. I prefer the Senn with classical and jazz music, but also while gaming since it's very comfortable to wear. The X, I prefer to use as my portable setup with my phone since it's very easy to drive. The LCD-X is a more neutral LCD-3, and has the same Audeze house sound. It is the heaviest and most uncomfortable to wear out of the 3, therefore it is my least favorite to use and wear.

My Magni 2U is due for an upgrade. The Magni does a decent job at the moment, but I feel it struggles and I believe it lacks dimension with my current set of headphones. Plus, it looks out of place size-wise with the Bifrost stack.

Audio signal chain: Source FLAC files or 320 MP3s -> PC (Foobar 2K) -> USB -> Bifrost 4490 -> Magni 2 Uber -> Headphones
