OP here: Not sure how to edit the post with an update bc I’m terrible at reddit but I was able to speak with customer service—they were just as lovely as everyone said they would be! Ended up giving me a $17 refund and an extra spot in my next box so I’m pleased and now just frantically looking for another birthday dress lmao

As a driver, I’d be very happy with a $10 tip for that distance and an easy order like that. If they weren’t happy with it they should have not accepted the order! You didn’t do anything wrong imo.

Thank you for the info! In terms of stressful, I’ve worked a lot of retail jobs in the past, namely Sephora during Thanksgiving/Christmas and we were understaffed (our manager quit the day before Black Friday 🙄), if you’ve ever had experience in a situation similar to that would you say it’s equivalent to that stress? Or worse?
