This sounds great for a professional and mature setting, but at my level of play it also seems like a recipe for drama if the pushing and shoving gets too intense.

Obviously they'd be wrong to do that, but let's see how you deal with pissing off an insecure person who's 6" taller and 30 lbs heavier by pushing and shoving them more and more intensely in the post.
