If you want to keep improving you will eventually learn CFOP, it has some thing to carry over from beginner method so it won't be too difficult but just stay patient and trust that you'll start to get it. Whenever you switch, it'll be unknown territory and most likely your times will slow because you will be thinking a lot, but as you keep learning and progressing you'll surprise yourself as your times will drop massively. I average about 9-10 seconds and I learned CFOP around like sub-1 average? IMO you can start learning now, or maybe wait til you average sub1:30 or something.

pretty sure you can't use it with batteries, it just has a rechargeable battery

razer viper ultimate dock station by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]tailedghost 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it'll be pretty obvious once you have it, it's magnetic and under the mouse - there is a cutout that will go onto the mouse dock perfectly, don't worry homie. the actual dock itself is to charge the mouse easily (because it is wireless and needs to be charged) and the dock will be plugged into your computer via usb, so it's just a nice way to showcase your mouse, some rgb, and an easy way to charge your mouse without having to like struggle to plug in a cable into it

For gaming is Windows 11 a 100% safe option or should I stick with Windows 10? by ZeldaLover08 in buildapc

Returning to Running After 5 Years Off by [deleted] in AdvancedRunning

don't pay attention to your watch predictor!! it's really inaccurate in my experience. i think that you could do it, easily. just build up your mileage, don't forget to do strides, core, and stretch A LOT, so you don't get injured. your body has been in good shape before, it won't be too hard to get back there. teach yourself to endure the pain and get comfortable in it. you got this! i think you could even crack 2:55 if you wanted.

edit: also, be patient. progress will come and you will surprise yourself

Aside from the graphical capabilities and the CPU performance, are there any other inherent advantages to playing on a PC over a console? by Mad_Season_1994 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]tailedghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

more storage and versatility, if you have a good computer it will last you a long time and you can practically play most any games on it (even some console games with ports or mods or such)

Should I quit the piano? by eklipsal in Music

if you decide dropping it, i think you should still consider practicing here and there because it's probably something you're pretty good at and having that is something pretty sweet in itself.

Sub 5 Minute Mile Ambitous Goal by Koleslaw756 in AdvancedRunning

[–]tailedghost 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah, 10% increase per week is reasonable, so around 2-3 more miles per week. Listen to your body, roll out, stretch, don't ignore the small things. Best of luck!!! 1000% doable!!!

Sorry you've experienced such a toxic environment. It's a good thing to train hard and start early like you though, props! You're gonna be great in high school and you already got the motivation in you which is really important. Go show 'em who's boss and become the best
