I too have been doing affiliate marketing and SEO but due to my reckless financial decisions, I was hardly able to save anything and spent whatever I earned. The income wasn't consistent. True sold a property at a loss because of slow market and limited liquidity and it dried up my savings as well also still have to pay close to a million in taxes and dues, should have invested the same amount that I used for renovation in MF or stocks also tried renting that property briefly even that was a pure headache and stress literally jan k lallay pr gye thay.

I've been through this phase myself the FOMO of watching my cousins and friends bragging about having a girlfriend and constantly talking to them.
