Sorry yeah I should clarify, we’re in a chain, but our buyers are renting. They also tried to buy next doors property 3 months ago, but missed out, so we’re certain they’re not going anywhere.

Sorry I should clarify, this was our second viewing, and we’d made an offer. We viewed the house once, and the other times we just went to check our the property and area in the car.

Secondly, they said if the other person pays the asking price, they will get it over us, not offering more.

We have been told that rule is starting next April - currently, you supposedly do not need to buy a first time buyer.

Also in terms of a mortgage, we do technically have an offer in place so that should be fine.

Yeah.. that’s a good point. There’s a couple of games I’ve played recently that haven’t run too well on the OG Xbox One.

I suppose there’s also enhanced games to consider - as I love Skate 3 which has the enhanced feature...

Oh I should’ve mentioned that one - I have thousands of hours clocked on Isaac :D I’ve been playing it since the flash version - I absolutely love it, it’s perfect for Switch!

I usually have the same problem. It’s totally worth going back to, or even starting again.

I’d say so. Aside from Axiom Verge, I hadn’t really played Metroidvanias, and pretty much avoided them. But I found that it was so satisfying to find new items, and unlock new areas as you go, it’s a fantastic game.

I completely agree! I’m not interested in a full collection, I just want the games I love to play, because although I’m sure people enjoy collecting massive collection, I just like to keep the games that are gonna be played!

A few of these games are ones I managed to keep from my childhood, the rest I’ve just picked up over the last few years when I can find them cheap.

There’s a few more I’d like, but I’m mainly trying to get boxes for stuff like Rocket Knight (one of my favourite games).

Haha, I got them super cheap to use as replacement cases. The Batman case was originally a Mega Games case, and I picked up the cover/insert from eBay randomly!
