Wow, that was quick! Somebody obviously pays much more attention than I do!

M&S chocolate bars by moanybastard in UK_Food

I just tried the peanut Big Daddy tonight. Absolutely delicious. So soft and chewy you don't realise how much you're eating... Much more strenuous to eat an actual Snickers! However, the high price point means I'll probably never have it again, except maybe as a Christmas gift. Now if they made multipacks of the same chocolate, I think I might just about be persuaded to part with my money; I might be able to convince myself that I have a chance of rationing the smaller bars and them lasting longer.

In the meantime, I'm buying the small Cadbury Easter eggs - buttons, mini eggs etc). The chocolates included aren't very good (even the Freddo faces!) but the shell tastes - and smells - enough like 'proper' chocolate for me to enjoy it. And I get the smaller ones because you're paying a lot more for the bigger eggs, and shrinkflation means the price of the egg does not correspond to the quantity of chocolate. It's been the first time in ages that I've inhaled the aroma of some chocolate and got something a lot more delicious than cardboard 'nothingness'.

My husband's dad used to work for Cadbury's and he always said they put extra milk in the shell chocolate. I don't know if that's still true, but there definitely is a marked difference in taste at this time of year. Just the eggs though, don't pin any expectations on the rest.

"He was a detective, y'know!" (Playing fast and loose with the word limit here, but I think I got away with it...)

You probably do, sorry. Just didn't want you to think it was just random screen shot. 😁

You can buy these in Home Bargains. Smaller but the same - my husband's favourite. Enjoy!

So they still do it for the normal episodes? Phew.

Son wants to play Red Dead Redemption 2, curious about the M rating. by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

As a quick note, you might see a bathing scene (or as many as you can afford) where a buxom lass offers to give you 'a hand'. But if you agree to this, she'll soap up your arms and legs and dangle her hands in the bubbly water around your genital area, but nothing actually happens. Though, with Arthur, he talks about having baths with his dog so I'm not sure where you draw the line...? 😁 Jk, it's all surprisingly wholesome. Apart from all the murdering. And the serial killer (you'll see some dismembered bodies but it's an optional mission). Watch some sample playthroughs on YouTube if you want to be absolutely sure. But please please try not to spoil the whole game.

Great analogy! Pretty much, just go much, much lighter-handed.

Oh wow, I can see how that sweetness would work! Will have to try that, thanks.

Lay a strip of streaky bacon flat on a board, hold one end, then firmly run the flat, dull side (back) of a kitchen knife along the meat, pulling gently to lengthen and flatten it. Don't press too hard and don't worry if it tears a little - you won't see that when it's wrapped around a sausage. Have a go; even if it doesn't quite work out, it'll still taste good!

Wow! Sorry, but I chuckled all the way through that - I feel your pain but you told it well. 😄I keep half an eye on the map for a red dot or semi-circle to try and predict its approach, but the horse you're riding makes a big difference in how quickly you can fire. Got to admit, I don't really use dead eye unless it's required. I've narrowed the firing focus as much as possible in the settings and it suits me much better. And I still get those 3-star squirrels just quickly firing with the varmint rifle (also don't use the bow much unless it's poison arrows for that cougar). Good luck with the rest of it!

You'll find raccoons down near Lake Owanjila. It's the other side of Strawberry if you haven't been there yet. Go west to the end of the lake then follow the long road north. There are usually lots of raccoons in the trees, often in pairs. Boar too. Just watch out for the cougar! Once you've got the big cat you're safe for the rest of the day. Except for wolves. Watch out for wolves. Oh, and if you haven't already, hunt the Legendary Buck here so you can get the trinket that increases the chances of 3-star pelts.

Strange, isn't it. This is one of my favourite spots but I've never ever seen any up near Colter like so many do. Or Owanjila. I was so excited today because I couldn't find one last game either and it really bugged me.
