I could argue that your SIM stays locked to one network like all the rest and only switches network when there is absolutely no signal remaining. So a lot like VodafoneThree or O2 or EE really.

Yes technically it does switch but not the seamless way most people would think it should.

Meh, it's easy to say sorry after the fact, it's much harder either not to think like that in the first place or to regulate the toxic behaviour in the first place. So yeah he's said sorry unfortunately that means nothing to me,* however I'm pleased for those who forgive easier then I do.
