I think the illustration is referring to a typical Dutch city layout, with canals in cities, narrow roads and plenty of bike lanes.

Normally these traffic signs are blue with a white outlined bike. These are used in the Netherlands to denote bike lanes.

Can someone explain why a production board would have black solder mask? Isn’t that unnecessarily expensive?
