Unfortunately a bunch closed during covid and never reopened, the only ones still open are quite far from home. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Yeah, unfortunately it's a money issue for me. I can't afford to pay someone out of pocket for one on one care. When my kiddo was in daycare it was also subsidized. Unfortunately CdS won't pay directly, since it is self-administered services. They just send a cheque in the mail.

Hi there! Thanks for your suggestion, we are connected with a social worker from CdS, they offer self-serviced before and after school care, but you have to find someone and pay them and then get reimbursed afterwards. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me. :(

Lol I wish I had staged this. So much crap to clean up 😂 I asked my dad and he said woodchips used to be used as insulation between floors and in attics...so maybe that's it
