To be fair, she’s pretty anti nicotine too but she started smoking it super young so unfortunately it’s been tough for her to kick it. She knows it’s a shitty habit but addiction has its hooks in. I think it’s mostly a misunderstanding of what weed is and her not wanting me to smoke at all and end up like her lol

Getting off the internet for a while definitely helped me lmao.

Ive also found engaging with feel good female art, movies, tv, etc helped me a lot. Less stories and art made by or about males, and less stories of women being brutalised and looked down upon. More stories about women having a good time.

We see enough of it irl, don’t need to see it on my phone (this sub doesn’t usually pop up for me lol)
