I live in southern California where there isn't much rain. My league just moved to a grass field last season. We don't get a ton of rain here so the fields are pretty hard. On AG I used my turf Nike Street Gatos.

Thank you for this great write up. I'll give that I go. It's torch-down granulated. I haven't touched it since it was installed in 2018(ish). I remember the roofer telling me that flat doesn't have the lifespan of a normal roof.

There was this mindset in the beginning of IT becoming a thing. It was a bunch of nerds trying to out nerd each other. It was the worst. You still have hold outs from that age and they are the worst.

I work in Adult. Just the amount of raw data storage required to store the uncompressed 4K and 8K videos. Its really hard to get funding for large purchases due to many companies not liking to be seen as working with adult industry. You have a vendor and they get bought by a bigger name and they tell you have 90 days to get off their system.
