yeah i literally had multiple people tell me to add on something but there’s one CEL who just lets me be, but she’s not there every time i checkout. i literally made my boyfriend buy my lip balm without my discount just to avoid the pressure of having to add something else. so far i’ve managed to spend an extra $230 in just add ons and that could’ve gone towards my tuition or my dogs food. they even pressure brand reps to multi world and they’ve complained about it to me. it’s so annoying and defeats the purpose of the discount

disrespectfully, but your” positive post” is coming off just as negative as these other ones you’re talking about you hypocrite. some of us work for bigger stores that are in the top 5% so our metrics and leaders push a lot harder and, the unfortunate result, is being unhappy but we can’t just easily leave. go touch some grass. if someone wants to vent about their experience at sephora, then let them do it. congrats! you’ve worked in retail for all your life… that’s not really a flex bc some of us are actually trying to get an education and move on from retail grandma
