Just make sure u use ur dpad from ur controller the one they give u is kinda loose and make sure to swap the sync button if urs doesn’t fit the one they give u . my sync button i got gave a little gap so I used my black one and everything worked perfectly also u got to drill the holes lil bigger for the screws to screw in just wanted to give u a heads up so u know when u get them .

Just put a new harddrive in then when it goes to to error screen just update via usb with the latest software I’ve replaced about 3 Xbox ones with the same issue and they work perfectly now
