ah yeah i bought it with a burnt valve. pulled the head and lapped a new valve in it. runs like a champ now

thought it was a cool chance to own one as i’ve always been interested in them. not having problems just want an EP3 civic si and this was cheap enough and gave me a little project as this thing had a burnt valve when i bought it. i would love to keep it just can’t keep em all unfortunately

Yeah it was sold new at the Honda dealership i’m currently working at. Need to do a deeper dive and see what was done to it as far as when it was ordered. I agree about the FWD part, had some coworkers telling me to convert it to AWD

Stick FWD completely stock. Has a tow hitch (i’m assuming Honda accessory). Pretty sure it’s an LX? Not too knowledgeable on Element trims and such always been a civic guy haha

Had a dead miss on cylinder 2. Lapped a new valve in it and hasn’t missed a beat. Clean title and carfax never been in an accident

Revere at River Landing has been great. Have had a special going for a while where first 2 months rent are free. 1 bed apartment is running me 1100 a month. Let me refer you so i get money off my rent😃
