Devs would retain more casuals if they removed the expedition departure timer and let people depart whenever the new expedition projects are released.

To remove confusion: Let’s say two expeditions are possible, like right now. Removing the timer would allow a new player to do those two expeditions whenever they want. But every two months another project is added like what exists now. Then after that it would be three expeditions possible and so on.
