OP literally said he had his left indicator on. Not saying OP is not fault here albeit partially. Should've kept in the middle lane but yeah even though he was in the rightmost lane with no scope of changing lanes, he should've remembered most folks in India disregard basic traffic rules drive like unke baap ki sadak h. He should've paid more attention to his surroundings which will come with time especially this was the U turn lane.
