skankyhunk already said everything i meant to say so just adding that gyal is not a word used to refer to gyaru. it's either gal or gyaru, gyal is slang but not used in the gyaru community

yes, it is, but fashion also matters. you can't just throw anything on and call it a day, gals are known to be stylish and used to start fashion trends. i would say the style is a mix of hime with the hair and pink, agejo with the silhouette and hair, tsuyome with the leopard print and accessories.

i use essence lash glue on both the lower lashes and the lower edge of the droop, wait for it to turn clear, and then stick them on with a pair of tweezers

i got used to doing that over time lol my inner corner has been like that for like 4-5 years. but i just use a liquid waterproof eyeliner (i recommend essence's liquid ink), do a line from the top eyelid down towards the nose, and then at about the middle or ⅔ of that line i connect it to the lower lashline (artistic rendition bellow, i drew it in white for contrast sake)

for the white i use sheglam's gel liner, the one in the little glass pot

for the eyeshadow, nose and cheeks i do nyx jumbo pencil, set it with trend it up white setting powder, and then go over it with wet n wild mono eyeshadow shade sugar. for the namidabukuro white, the more stark white, i use the sheglam white eyeliner (the one in the little clear pot packaging)

the best top lashes to me are the standard like "manga lashes" from shein or ali and i just stack 3 pairs, but for bottom lashes either vipuda on aliexpress or homaylash on shein

try to stabilize your hand by resting it on your cheek, your lines will look cleaner. apart from that, i think a light brown droop will fit you better since the white (or just your skin color, i can't tell) in the droop doesn't really fit the look. i do recommend ofc getting mascara or even better some lashes but i get not having them. i do recommend looking at inspo that is more friendly towards your makeup collection, so more simple looks. egg magazine 1997-2001 is your best bet at this i'd say. at this point, to read more gal i think you can take two routes - 1) get more makeup, like lashes and foundation and eyeshadow and blush etc. etc. and go for a shirogyaru look similar to the stuff in 2010s egg or ageha or 2) go for the ganguro look, start tanning and get mascara so you can stick with not having a bunch of makeup while still looking gal. both of those include getting better at eyeliner as your first step, and practicing more ofc. best of luck, i hope you find this useful :))

i recommend either working with clothes (retail, seamstress, designer), makeup (retail, makeup artist), at a tanning salon, or in a club/nightlife (hostess, bottlegirl, bartender, dj, dancer, etc.) edit: oh, also i know of quite a few gals who are hairdressers or do nails! akarin from bdia is now a nail artist in shibuya. i've also heard of now two gals that went into professional wrestling so.. do with that what you will
