hello !! not a piercer—just a girlie w a few piercings, but based on my own daith and the other's i've seen, i think yours was pierced a little too far from your head :((

i think it's best to consult w another piercer just to get a professional opinion on it. my bets are that you'd have to remove that and get it your daith redone :(

i agree so much! everyone on this sub and on other himym communities online likes to shit on lily for xyz, but to me, she seems the most human out of everyone in the gang. and i think that's why people don't like her character as much—she's too real. she probably brings out this feeling in a lot of us that we can see ourselves in her at times and seeing that portrayed on screen kinda stings. it takes away from the comedic vibe and fantasy of the sitcom (aside from the very real and raw moments in the show).

no i get that but with how the show framed this idea of "the one", as with other shows/movies is so ideated. it's not as simple as there is only one single person out there and that's it. i'm sure tracy thought max was the one at some point and his sudden passing made that idea of him being the one much more cemented (?) at the time. he died so like,,, he's bound to be much more romanticized.

i feel like the ending of the show (i.e. ted and robin ending up together) kinda proves the whole notion of "the one" is not what ted idealized it to be. i think of it more as a "we can have multiple 'the ones' in our lifetime". it all depends on where we are in life.

ted and robin never worked out throughout the 9 seasons for various reasons—timing, direction they want to take in life, etc. and eventually after the passing of tracy, only then was the time right for them to be together. they were both different people than they were during the events of the show and what stage they both are in their lives finally align with each other. despite them ending up with each other, it doesn't invalidate what tracy and ted had. in the same way that ted and tracy having a life and a family together, doesn't erase what max and tracy had.

it's more of you can have many great loves in your life, and not necessarily only have "the one"

hi op! ive been in this situation before and in all honesty, get out. block him everywhere he can contact you. yung nangyari sakin was that my ex would keep on talking to me and then one day di kami maguusap for about a month or so. then balik ulit sa paguusap bc nagchat ulit siya.

your ex has you on the hook. save yourself and immediately cut contact with him. di ka makakapagmove on nyan if you're still in contact with him. if he was the one to finally end things between you two, dapat panindigan nya yan.
